He has excellent knowledge of the housing market, particularly in the SW Metro area. When we were in the process of listing our home, we had a listing price in mind. After reviewing the professional pictures that were taken for the listing, Dan suggested we increase the price of our listing. We were hesitant at first because we didn't want to price ourselves out of the market. However, we followed Dan's lead and we were happy we did. Within one week we had two offers over full asking price! Dan did an excellent job with the negotiations and at the end we had a very fair deal for us and the buyers.

It didn't matter if it was 8am or 8pm he would always answer his phone or call me right back. I only regret not having found him when I first moved to Minnesota as it would have saved me time and money I am sure. He listens to what you want and need and budget restrictions, etc. and finds you the property giving you the most value and options you are looking for. He took beautiful pictures of our house, and told us what we could do to spruce up the house for sale. He even returned on a different day to get a better picture of the front of the house we were selling for the MLS listing because it was cloudy the first day. When we compared our listing pictures to many on the MLS the difference was striking. Excellent pictures get buyers in the door! Dan was very quick to return telephone calls and emails, and helped us price our house to sell quickly. This was during the downturn in the housing market, and we got what we were hoping for on the house we sold, and also got a great price on the house we purchased.
